Terms of Use

Effective 4 October 2026. TaskMithra is a connection marketplace: people and teams describe work, discover possible counterparts, discuss and negotiate privately, agree on terms, pay a connection fee when enabled, and receive each other’s contact details. Using the service means following these Terms and the Marketplace Rules.

Accounts and listings

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering agreements to create an account. By creating one, you confirm that you meet these requirements. Use accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and act only for yourself or an organisation you are authorised to represent. One account can hire and seek work. Customers are responsible for lawful, clear task descriptions and for selecting a counterpart. Specialists and companies are responsible for accurate capabilities, availability and proposals. A proposal, invitation or shortlist does not award a task. Both parties must independently agree to the final scope, price and timeline before the connection-fee stage.

Fees and the parties’ work

The current configured TaskMithra connection fee is ₹99 per person. The checkout shows whether it is a test/simulated payment; no real charge is made in test mode. The task or project price is separate and is arranged and paid directly between the parties. TaskMithra does not hold project funds, provide escrow, process project milestones, employ specialists, manage the work after connection or guarantee delivery, results, work opportunities or payment by the other party. Conduct, content and intellectual property

Do not post illegal or fraudulent work, impersonate others, harass users, spam, share credentials or confidential material, misuse another person’s information, or bypass contact and payment safeguards. You remain responsible for the material you submit and must have permission to share it. You allow TaskMithra to display and process it as needed to operate the marketplace. Ownership and licensing of work deliverables should be agreed directly by the customer and specialist/company; TaskMithra does not acquire or assign those rights for them.

Moderation and limits

We may hide listings, restrict accounts or investigate misuse to protect the pilot. Member-provided skills, availability and reviews are not a guarantee of identity, qualifications or performance. Use your judgment, agree clear terms and keep records of important decisions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TaskMithra is not responsible for the parties’ direct project payments or post-connection performance. These Terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling. For account, privacy, grievance or platform concerns, contact support@taskmithra.com. These Terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to applicable law and mandatory rights that cannot be excluded, disputes concerning TaskMithra’s platform are intended to be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We may revise these Terms with an updated effective date and notice of material changes where appropriate.
