Marketplace Rules

Effective 4 October 2026. TaskMithra connects people and teams; it does not manage the work or the parties’ project payments. Browse, ask questions and negotiate privately. An invitation or proposal is not an assignment. The customer selects a counterpart, and each party agrees independently before the connection-fee stage.

Use the platform responsibly

Post lawful work and honest profiles and proposals. Do not impersonate anyone, commit fraud, harass, threaten or spam, publish malicious content, misuse someone else’s personal information, or ask others to share passwords, private files or client secrets. Do not try to bypass sign-in, conversation privacy, contact protection or payment controls. Before unlock, keep email addresses, phone numbers and contact links out of public fields and discussions.

TaskMithra may hide a listing or restrict misuse under its existing moderation controls. A review belongs to a completed connection and should reflect the reviewer’s own experience. After connection, the parties decide their own delivery, commercial and intellectual-property arrangements. TaskMithra does not provide escrow or resolve the underlying project dispute for them.

For platform misconduct, an account concern or a connection-fee issue, use Help & support or email support@taskmithra.com. Include a task or connection reference, but do not send passwords, payment-card details or confidential client files.
